Is the app beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! Heather’s programs are adaptable to all fitness levels. While she guides you through each workout you are always encouraged to work at your own pace. Low impact and bodyweight workouts are available and can be a great place to start plus you will gain access to an extensive exercise library for verbal instructions and tips on how to master your form.

Do I need equipment?

The workouts are designed so that they can be completed using minimal space and equipment - making them easy to follow at home! There are many bodyweight workouts to choose from as well as workouts that use the following equipment:

  • Dumbbells
  • Resistance band
  • Yoga Block
  • Ankle Weights
  • Exercise Mat
  • Kettlebell
  • Stability Ball

Do I need to download an app?

No download needed. The Heather Robertson App is a web-based app that you can access from a web browser on any device. Simply sign up or login at app.heatherrobertson.com.

Can I watch the workouts on my TV?

Yes, you can watch on the big screen by casting from your device to your smart tv or smart device - Chromecast, Firestick, Roku etc.
