How long is the program?
Kickstart is designed to be completed in one week. The schedule includes one full active recovery day and one full rest day. The schedule and rest day can be adjusted.
How long are the workouts?
Kickstart workouts range between 20-40 minutes each.
Is this program for beginners?
Kickstart is designed for all levels and experience of fitness.
Workouts are low impact but still challenging. Heather's video guides will also help you learn proper form and how to adjust any of the workouts to your needs.
