What makes GO different?
Go is a no-equipment program that includes a strategic variety of workouts using your just your bodyweight. Get started and keep momentum anytime, anywhere.
What equipment is needed?
No equipment is required. GO is fully bodyweight and designed to work in a small space, such as a hotel room, guest room, cabin, or any area where you can comfortably move. An exercise mat is optional for stretching and mobility if you choose.
Is this program good for beginners?
Yes. GO is a perfect program for getting started or maintaining a routine when life gets busy. Low impact modifications are shown throughout, and you’re encouraged to work at your own pace.
In the app, you'll also have access to a library of exercise how-to’s and learning modules so you can easily adjust any of the workouts to meet your needs.
How long is the GO program?
Go is 5 workouts per week for 2 weeks. However, you can easily adjust your schedule and rest days at any point in the program.
How long are the workouts?
Go workouts are 15 to 30 minutes each—with the average being 25 minutes—including warm ups and cool downs.
What if I miss a day?
GO is built to support routines that are a bit touch and...go.
You can easily pick up where you left off, adjust your schedule, and keep moving in a way that works for real life.

Can I do this program alongside other activities?
