Meet Go: A two-week workout program designed to keep you moving anytime, anywhere.

There are times when following a structured training program feels easy. Your schedule is predictable, you have access to your usual equipment, and you can dedicate the time and energy needed to stay consistent. Then there are seasons when life simply doesn’t cooperate.

You’re traveling, your schedule is packed, you’re between programs, or you just need workouts that require less planning and fewer logistics. During these times, it can be tempting to put your routine on hold altogether and wait until life settles down.

That’s exactly why I created Go.

Go is a two-week, equipment-free workout program designed to help you keep moving wherever you are and whatever life looks like right now. With short, effective workouts and plenty of variety, it gives you a flexible way to stay active without needing a gym, equipment, or a large block of time.

Fitness that fits into real life

Consistency is one of the most important factors when it comes to making progress, but consistency doesn’t mean following the same routine, training for the same amount of time, or pushing at the same intensity every week of the year.

Sometimes, staying consistent means adapting.

Go was created for those times when you need your workouts to work around your life, rather than the other way around. Each workout is just 15 to 30 minutes long, requires no equipment, and can be completed almost anywhere. Your living room, a hotel room, the backyard, or a small corner of your vacation rental can become your workout space. All you need is enough room to move.

Two weeks. Ten workouts. No equipment required.

Throughout Go, you’ll complete ten unique workouts over two weeks, with five workouts scheduled each week. The program combines strength, HIIT, cardio, and mobility training to challenge your body in different ways and create a balanced training experience.

Some days will focus on building strength and muscular endurance using your own bodyweight. Others will increase your heart rate with faster-paced cardio and HIIT sessions. Mobility-focused workouts are included to help you move well and balance out the higher-intensity days.

Every workout is different, giving you the variety needed to stay engaged while challenging your body in new ways.

Why training variety matters

One of the foundations of my signature training method is strategic variety.

Your body is incredibly adaptable. When you repeatedly perform the same workouts, exercises, and training styles, your body becomes more efficient at handling those demands. Over time, this can contribute to plateaus, boredom, and a training routine that no longer feels as challenging or rewarding.

By combining different training methods, movement patterns, and levels of intensity, we can create a more balanced approach to fitness.

Go introduces you to this style of training through a mix of strength, cardio, HIIT, and mobility workouts. Each session challenges your body differently, helping you build well-rounded fitness while keeping your workouts fresh and enjoyable.

Who is Go for?

Go was designed to be flexible enough to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey.

If you’re new to my workouts or just getting started with fitness, Go is a great introduction to my training style and the variety of workouts you’ll find inside the app.

If you already follow a regular training routine, Go can be used when you’re traveling, short on time, between longer programs, or simply want a break from your usual equipment-based workouts.

It can also be a great option during busy seasons when maintaining some consistency is more realistic than trying to follow a longer or more demanding program.

There’s no perfect time to start Go- the program is there whenever you need it.

Short workouts can still be effective

It’s easy to assume that a workout needs to be long to be worthwhile, but more time doesn’t automatically mean better results. The effectiveness of a workout depends on how that time is used.

The workouts in Go are intentionally designed to make the most of 15 to 30 minutes by combining focused movement, purposeful training formats, and minimal downtime.

On days when you have more time, you can always add a walk, run, bike ride, or another activity you enjoy. On busy days, completing a short workout can be enough to maintain your routine and keep moving forward.

The goal isn’t to do as much as possible. It’s to make movement easier to fit into your life.

A program you can come back to anytime

Unlike programs tied to a specific season or goal, Go was created to be a flexible option you can return to again and again.

Use it while you travel. Add it to your calendar between longer programs. Start it when life gets busy. Come back to your favorite workouts whenever you need a quick, equipment-free session.

Go is also a great starting point if you’re exploring the app for the first time or you're just starting out on your fitness journey. Over two weeks, you’ll experience a variety of training methods and workout styles while learning how a balanced approach to fitness can help you build a routine that feels both effective and sustainable.

Ready to Go?

You don’t need the perfect schedule, a fully equipped gym, or hours of free time to keep moving. Sometimes, you just need a program that makes it easier to start.

Go gives you ten unique workouts, two weeks of structured training, and the flexibility to move wherever life takes you.

Go launches July 11th inside the app. If you’re already a member, you can join the program and add the workouts to your calendar once they drop. If you’re new to the app, start your free trial today and explore Go along with the full library of workouts, programs, recipes, and more.

Wherever you are, and wherever you’re headed - let’s Go!
