Why you'll love this recipe

Unlike traditional ice cream, this soft serve gets its rich, creamy texture from frozen bananas. They're naturally sweet and provide fiber, potassium, and carbohydrates to help replenish energy after a workout.

Greek yogurt adds extra creaminess while contributing protein and probiotics, and a scoop of vanilla protein powder helps make this recipe even more satisfying. A touch of cinnamon brings warmth and enhances the natural sweetness of the bananas without adding any sugar.

Top it with fresh berries for an extra boost of vitamins, antioxidants, and vibrant summer flavor.
