The next chapter in at-home fitness

I started my YouTube channel in 2013. My goal was (and always will be) to make quality fitness programming accessible to everyone. So, for 13 years I set up my cameras, hit record and shared my workouts with people all around the globe. My goal was to build an extensive and thorough library of content that had a little something for everyone.

Over a thousand workouts (and counting), fifteen fully structured programs and countless hours of sweat later, I've built just that - a free resource that anyone can visit at any time, press play and follow along. Millions of you have trained with me in your living rooms, garages, bedrooms, and hotel rooms.

Over time, I kept hearing the same things from many of you

“I’m consistent for a few weeks, then I fall off.”
"It's hard to find what I'm looking for"
“I wish everything was in one place.”
"These ads are so annoying!!!!!!"

That’s when the idea of the Heather Robertson app came to life. I was hesitant at first–I had no idea where to even begin and YouTube had become a "safe and easy" place for me. Well safe and easy is not my jam. Doing hard things and getting out of my comfort zone is the reason I am where I am today so, I welcomed the challenge and dove in head first. Ok, that's a lie. There was a lot of back and forth, sleepless nights, tears and tough decisions but hey, I got there eventually. Change is scary guys!! lol

This app isn’t about replacing YouTube - It’s about building on it and giving you additional structure, tools, and support that make consistency feel effortless.

YouTube is an amazing place to get started and it made it possible for me to reach my goal. But it also has limitations...

No built-in structure that allows you to create a schedule or track your workouts
No long-term progression or easy way to see your progress
A lot of noise and content from unqualified instructors
Unwanted advertisements that interrupt your focus
Inability to have multiple audio options (ie: music vs no music but keep the bells!)
A public comment section on the internet.....need I say more?

I wanted to create a space where everything works together. A place where you don’t have to guess, plan, or overthink. Where you can simply show up, press play, and trust that what you’re doing is moving you forward.

The app was designed to give you more tools, more clarity, and to support new habits that build consistency.

What makes the Heather Robertson app different?

This app was designed with real life in mind, especially for people balancing busy schedules, changing bodies, and evolving goals.

Inside the app, you’ll find:

Structured programs

A variety of thoughtfully designed programming. Each program has been carefully curated with a purpose, a plan, and a finish line. You can trust the process and always know what you’re working toward.

Workouts that are easy to find and follow

Easily sort, search and filter through the workout library to find exactly what you are looking for. Every workout is full length, follow-along and easy to use. Just press play.

Customizable schedules

Adjust any workout program to suit your needs. Select how many days you would like to workout each week and choose your preferred rest days. The schedule will automatically update to suite your needs.

Progress tracking

Your workouts are tracked so you can see how far you’ve come. Reach your weekly goals, hit targets and earn those coveted achievement badges along the way.

Built-in variety

Strength, hypertrophy, conditioning, Pilates, HIIT, mobility, and recovery. A variety of training methods are available so your workouts are fun and your body keeps adapting without burnout.

Nutrition tools

The app includes recipes, nutrition guidance, and practical tools designed to support training, not complicate it.

A community that cares

Visit the comment section within the app and you'll immediately feel the warmth and support that exudes from the HR community. No trolls, no spam just awesome, humans with a shared love of fitness.

Who the app is for

I built this app for you if you want a clear plan and the right tools to help you reach your goals without overcomplicating things. It’s for those who train at home and still want real, meaningful results without needing a gym membership. It’s also for anyone who’s tired of starting over and is ready for consistency to finally stick.

If your goal is to build strength, confidence, and energy in a way that feels sustainable—and you’re genuinely invested in your health and committed to making positive, lasting changes—this app was created with you in mind.

My philosophy behind the app

I don’t believe in quick fixes, extreme programs, or training that leaves you exhausted and discouraged.

I believe in:

  1. Creating sustainable habits that become a lifestyle
  2. Incorporating a variety of training methods
  3. Smart, intentional recovery
  4. Simple, enjoyable nutrition
  5. Showing up consistently and doing your best

The app is built around these principles so you can train confidently, safely, and sustainably.

How to get started

The Heather Robertson app gives you access to:

Exclusive programs you won’t find on YouTube
A growing workout and recipe library
Tools that support consistency and progress
A supportive global community training alongside you

I'm so excited to share this new experience with you and to offer an additional option for those wanting more. This app was built with input directly from the HR community and we're just getting started–I can't see where we go from here!
