More flexibility. More control.

We heard you, team. And truly, your feedback has made a huge difference. Over the past while, you’ve shared what you love about the app, where things felt limiting, and what would make staying consistent feel easier in real life. I’ve been listening closely, and the HR team and I have been hard at work turning that feedback into action.

Today, I’m excited to share some new app updates that give you more control over how you train, how your schedule looks, and how your workouts fit into your life.

And honestly? These updates are pretty awesome–so let's dive into the good stuff!

Programs at your own pace

Not everyone can commit to five workouts a week and that’s completely okay. When joining a program you can now choose anywhere from 1 to 7 training days per week and set a pace that actually works for you. Once you make your selection, your program schedule and completion date automatically adjust. No pressure, no rigid timelines, just a plan that flexes with your life.

Edit your schedule on the fly

Life changes. Schedules shift. And now, your program can shift with you. Want to swap a Saturday workout for Sunday? Move from three days per week to four? Scale things back during a busy stretch? You can edit your schedule at any time and make it work for you. No restarting. No stress. Just flexibility.

Pause a program anytime

Sometimes you need to step away–and now you can do that without losing momentum. You can pause a program whenever you need to and come back to it when you’re ready. When you return, you can either continue right where you left off or restart from the beginning. Your progress is still there, waiting for you.

Mark workouts complete or incomplete

Missed a day? Finished early? Changed your mind? You can now mark any workout as complete or incomplete with just a tap. Your streaks and badges update instantly, so your progress always reflects what you actually did–not what was originally planned.

Move workouts anywhere on your calendar

Both program workouts and individual sessions can now be moved to any day–past or future. That means full control over your calendar. Rearrange workouts, catch up later, or plan ahead in a way that fits your schedule. Your calendar. Your rules.

Auto-move completed workouts (this one’s a game-changer)

Here’s one of my favorite updates! If you complete a workout that was scheduled for a different day, it will automatically move to today and be marked as complete. No extra steps. No toggles. No manual adjustments. Just magic. ✨

Why these updates matter

Consistency isn’t about perfection–it’s about flexibility. These updates were designed to make your workout planning and tracking a whole lot smoother inside the app.

If you haven’t explored these new features yet, open the app and start making it work your way. I can’t wait for you to try them out!
