The app just got a whole lot smarter

A while back, my team and I sent out a survey. You responded — in numbers we didn't expect, with feedback that was honest, specific, and incredibly useful. You told us what was missing and what you wished the app could do.

What we're launching today is the direct result of that — a response to what you actually asked for. And I think you’re going to love it!

All of it — your upcoming activity, Heather's Daily Pick, personalized recommendations, new insights, achievements, and external workouts — is now available in the app. This means less thinking and more moving, with faster access to more relevant workouts.

Your schedule at-a-glance

Your upcoming schedule now lives front and center. Previously, we only showed your program workouts on the homepage and you had to go to your calendar to see any additional workouts. Without joining a program, you always had to go to your calendar to do any scheduled workouts.

The new ‘My Schedule’ area displays all of your upcoming workouts — program sessions, individually scheduled workouts, and new manual activities all in one place, directly from your homepage. You can also manage your activity from here. Reschedule, mark complete, save to a collection — all handled without having to leave the page.

No more digging into your calendar just to see what's up next. And if you need the full picture — past sessions, a further look ahead — your full calendar is just a click away.

Heather's Daily Pick: Don't think, just press play

Some days, you don't want to browse. You just want to move.

‘Heather's Daily Pick’ is a single, curated workout waiting for you every day on your homepage. It follows a pre-planned, balanced schedule — so it's not random, it's intentional and considered. Think of it as a progressively programmed, ongoing yearly calendar. All you have to do is show up and hit begin. Perfect for when you're in between programs or just want to switch things up.

It counts toward your weekly goal, you can save it to a collection, and add it to your calendar if you want to plan ahead. But it's really designed for the days when you'd rather skip the decision making and get straight to it.

Made for you — Yes, you.

The ‘Made for You’ section recommends individual workouts based on your preferred workout types, time, preferences, and what you've been completing. As your activity history grows, so do the suggestions.

If you haven't set your preferences, you'll see popular categories in the meantime — a way to explore the workout library while you find your footing. Once you complete your preferences, personalized picks take over.

You can update your preferences anytime. If the recommendations start feeling off, a quick update recalibrates everything immediately.

Start your next program workout with one click

The program card on your homepage has always been the fastest way to get into your training — and it's gotten a meaningful upgrade.

Now, once you've joined a program, you'll always see your next session's details and be able to start right from the homepage. No scrolling, no searching, just simple one-click access. If you want to jump ahead, you can do that since all your upcoming activity shows just below.

Life happens, and catching up on a program should be easy. Now, if your schedule shifts, you can reschedule all your remaining workouts in one go. Choose a new start date and your preferred days of the week, and everything redistributes automatically. Your completed workouts stay exactly where they are and you'll see your new finish date.

Every workout counts — even the ones outside the app

This one has been a long time coming.

You can now add, log, and link to anything you do outside the app — a run, a walk, a gym session, a yoga class, and yes, even YouTube workouts — and have it count toward your weekly goal and achievements.

You can log activities in the past, present, or future. You can also add a link to an external video or some notes about the session. They show up on your calendar with a MY ACTIVITY label so they're easy to spot.

Once you've added an activity, you can reschedule it, edit the details, mark it complete or incomplete, or delete it — same as any other workout on your calendar.

The best part? All of it counts toward your goals and progress. So no bead of sweat goes unaccounted for!

Fixing weekly goals

We've updated the weekly progress system to reflect your actual consistency, not just perfect weeks. The previous tracking was inconsistent and somewhat unreliable, so we've given it an overhaul.

Now, your weekly goal count tracks every week you've hit your target — not as a continuous streak that resets when life gets in the way. It shows you how many weeks you've hit your goal, even if that goal changes. Miss a week? Your total doesn't change. Come back next week and hit your goal? It goes up. It's designed to reward progress, not perfection.

We've also added a new "Minutes worked" metric, so you'll see the small wins stack up over time.

New achievements worth sharing

We've added new achievements and updated the system to make it easier than ever to share your latest win. When you hit a milestone — a workout completion, a weekly goal, a streak, a finished program — you can share it directly with our new achievement sharing system.

No more screenshots, or sharing blurry posts. Just crisp, clean celebrations. Share directly to social media right from your phone. On desktop, download an image or scan the QR code with your mobile device and share from there.

Thank you — genuinely

This update is bigger than it might look from the outside. Behind every one of these features is a team I'm genuinely proud of — a lot of deliberate decisions, late nights, and people who care about getting all the details right.

But it started with you. The survey responses, the support tickets, the community posts — every piece of feedback has shaped what we built.

This is just the beginning. There's more coming, and you'll keep being part of how we shape it.

It's live now. Log in and take a look around! If something feels off or you have ideas for what's next, keep telling us. We're listening!
