Finding time to work out isn't always easy. Between work, family, and everything else competing for your attention, exercise can quickly become another thing on an already long to-do list. And while we all know how important it is to stay active, knowing what to do and actually finding the time to do it are two very different things.

That's exactly why I created Revive, a new 7-week full-body strength training program designed to help you build strength, improve your fitness, and stay consistent without spending hours working out.

Because here's the thing: You don't need to train every day or spend an hour in the gym to make meaningful progress. You just need an effective plan, a little consistency, and a willingness to show up.

Less time. More momentum.

One of the biggest challenges I hear from this community is finding the time and energy to stay consistent with a workout routine. And I get it! Some weeks, fitting in a workout can feel like a workout in itself.

But what if you could get an effective, head-to-toe strength workout done in just 30 minutes?

That's the idea behind Revive. Instead of trying to squeeze lengthy workouts into an already packed schedule, Revive focuses on making every minute count. With three carefully programmed full-body sessions each week, you'll challenge all your major muscle groups, build strength, and get your heart rate up without a huge time commitment. It's a simple, realistic approach to fitness that makes it easier to show up, put in the work, and feel good about what you've accomplished.

Full-body strength training that works harder for you

Just because the workouts are shorter doesn't mean we're cutting corners! Each Revive workout is designed to deliver a balanced combination of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. We'll use a variety of compound exercises, targeted strength movements, and more dynamic, explosive exercises to challenge your muscles while keeping your heart rate elevated.

By training your entire body three times per week, you're giving your major muscle groups regular opportunities to work, adapt, and grow stronger, with recovery days built into your schedule. And because every session is just 30 minutes, we can focus on purposeful movement, effective exercise combinations, and making the most of the time we have.

You'll still be lifting weights, challenging yourself, and working toward measurable improvements in your strength and endurance. We're simply doing it in a way that feels more manageable.

Small setup. Big impact.

Another thing I wanted to prioritize with Revive was simplicity. You don't need a fully equipped home gym, complicated machines, or a long list of accessories. All you need is a set of dumbbells and enough space to move comfortably - that's it!

Dumbbells are incredibly versatile and allow us to train every major muscle group using a wide range of movements. Throughout the program, we'll use different exercises, training techniques, and workout formats to keep things interesting while continuing to challenge your body. Whether you're working out at home, in a gym, or fitting in a quick session while travelling, Revive makes it easy to take your workouts with you.

A realistic routine you can actually stick with

When it comes to building strength and improving your fitness, consistency matters far more than having a perfect workout schedule.

One of the reasons I designed Revive around three workouts per week is to give you the flexibility to make fitness fit into your life, rather than the other way around. With just 90 minutes of structured training each week, you'll have plenty of room in your schedule for recovery, walking, other activities you enjoy, or simply taking a day off.

And those recovery days are important! Giving your muscles time to repair and adapt between sessions is an essential part of building strength and making progress. The goal isn't to leave you feeling exhausted or overwhelmed. It's to help you establish a sustainable routine that challenges you, builds confidence, and keeps you coming back for more.

Who is Revive for?

I created Revive for anyone who wants to get stronger and improve their overall fitness but doesn't necessarily have the time or desire to work out five or six days a week.

Maybe you've been struggling to find consistency with your workouts. Maybe you're coming back after some time away and want a structured routine to help you get moving again. Or maybe you're already active but looking for a more time-efficient way to train. Whatever your starting point, Revive offers a straightforward approach to full-body training that can be adapted to different fitness levels.

You can adjust your dumbbell weights, modify movements when needed, and work at an intensity that's appropriate for you. The goal is to challenge yourself at your own level and build from there. And if you're someone who enjoys additional activity throughout the week, you can absolutely pair Revive with walking, running, cycling, yoga, or other activities you love.

What to expect from the 7-week program

Over the course of seven weeks, you'll complete 21 full-body workouts, each lasting approximately 30 minutes.

Every workout is thoughtfully programmed to help you get the most out of your training time, combining effective strength exercises with movements that challenge your cardiovascular fitness.

Here's what you can expect:

  • 7 weeks of structured training to help you establish consistency and build momentum.
  • 3 full-body workouts per week to strengthen your entire body with regular opportunities for recovery.
  • 30-minute sessions that fit more easily into a busy schedule.
  • Dumbbells only, making it simple to train at home or wherever you prefer.
  • A combination of strength and conditioning to challenge your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and improve overall fitness.
  • Varied exercises and workout formats to keep your sessions engaging and your body challenged.

No unnecessary complexity. No endless hours of training. Just a well-rounded strength program designed to help you make the most of the time you have.

Ready to breathe life into your fitness routine?

If there's one thing I hope you take away from Revive, it's that effective training doesn't have to be complicated or time-consuming. You don't need the perfect schedule, the fanciest equipment, or hours of free time to prioritize your health and fitness. Sometimes, simplifying your approach is exactly what you need to start building momentum again. Whether you're looking to refresh your routine, get back on track, or simply make your workouts more efficient, I'm excited for you to experience what Revive has to offer!

Revive is available exclusively in the HR app, where you'll find the complete program, guided workouts, and everything you need to follow along.
